Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To drive analytical insights and support strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Business Operations Analyst will define key business problems, analyze data, and communicate actionable recommendations across growth, product, AI, and automation teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and ensure analyses address relevant problems
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface data insights
• Collaborate with product, growth, finance, and operations teams to drive outcomes based on analytical findings

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth technology company
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful solutions
• Effective communicator capable of influencing decisions at the leadership level
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools
