Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the systems and processes that drive business efficiency, the full-time remote Business Operations Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, manage business systems, and enhance data reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with teams to improve operational efficiency and support business systems administration
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for various departments to aid in decision-making
• Assist in the integration and troubleshooting of business applications to ensure reliable data flow

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business systems or operations within a SaaS or technology company
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and other business applications like HubSpot and NetSuite
• Experience with system integrations or automation tools is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement opportunities
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
