Job Summary
Partnering with business stakeholders, the full-time Associate Business Operations Analyst will elicit and document requirements, analyze business processes, and support system enhancements to optimize enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
- Support end-to-end system lifecycle activities, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or in a similar role
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM/Salesforce, ERP, HRIS, or data/reporting systems
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
- Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or SAFe methodologies
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
