Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Partnering with business stakeholders, the full-time Associate Business Operations Analyst will optimize business processes, translate needs into system requirements, and support system enhancements in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear system requirements, user stories, and workflows
• Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM/Salesforce or ERP systems
• Strong experience in gathering and documenting business and system requirements
• Working knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and/or SAFe methodologies
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
