Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Chief People & Customer Officer, the remote Business Operations Analyst will manage workforce analytics, research AI tools for HR and customer operations, and produce executive-ready materials to drive strategic decisions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain workforce analytics covering headcount, attrition, compensation, and engagement, utilizing AI/ML tools for actionable insights
• Research and benchmark AI tools for HR and customer operations, delivering cost/benefit comparisons for leadership decision-making
• Model headcount and capacity for outsourced partners, tracking performance metrics and proactively identifying risks to leadership

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years in an analyst, business operations, or data-driven role with the ability to independently manage the full workflow
• Consulting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm, supporting client business operations
• Hands-on proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Google Slides, with extensive knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools
• Proven ability to identify data gaps and communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree required
