Job Summary
Administering the Corrigo CMMS platform, the full-time remote Business Operations Analyst will ensure optimal system performance, manage client partnerships, and drive data management and analytics to support facility management solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the Corrigo CMMS platform, ensuring data integrity and system performance
- Act as the primary technical advisor for clients, processing data requests and delivering training
- Maintain database accuracy and develop reporting solutions to provide performance insights
Required qualifications
- Corrigo Platform certification with hands-on experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in real estate or facility management operations (preferred)
