Job Summary
Supporting a global team in order management, the full-time remote Business Operations Analyst will review, analyze, and update Salesforce opportunities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely customer provisioning.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the execution process for order forms related to Americas-based deals and support Salesforce operations
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of subscription products and maintain customer entitlement records
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve back-office operations and support ad-hoc projects
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in business operations or financial analysis
- Proficient in Salesforce and expert in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with standard software tools, including Google Suite
