Business Operations Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with sales leaders to set go-to-market strategies, territory design, sales targets and quotas
• Provide key insights, reporting and analysis of key metrics and business performance to make data-supported decisions
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve business performance

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
• Effective analytical and quantitative capabilities with an ability to provide data-backed analysis
• Exceptional data analysis skills in Microsoft Excel, BI/Tableau, and PowerPoint
• End user experience with a CRM tool; preferably Salesforce
• Experience in a finance or operations role interfacing with sales teams
