A company is looking for a BizOps Associate to help scale through the next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by implementing and managing critical business systems and processes
• Partner with teams on special projects, acting as a trusted partner to drive projects from end-to-end
• Manage financial operations, including forecasting, reporting, and day-to-day financial tasks

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in tech
• Top-tier consulting or investment banking experience is strongly preferred
• Experience in a startup or entrepreneurial context is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking
• Willingness to take on diverse tasks in a high-ambiguity environment
