Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Associate to support company growth through systems, processes, and analytical frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between technical, business, and leadership teams to solve problems and enhance team performance
• Develop financial models and scenario analysis tools to guide company strategy
• Lead cross-functional projects to ensure milestones are achieved and resources are effectively allocated

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or Big 4 strategy/transactions
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience in high-value projects
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Clearance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
