Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Associate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into strategies
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments to inform product and business strategies
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and optimize operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
• 1+ years of management consulting experience or relevant experience in business analysis/operations
• High level of comfort with SQL and/or complex data analysis
• Strong problem-solving framework and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
• High standards for personal and team performance
