A company is looking for a Business Operations Associate to enhance operational efficiency and support various teams within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive internal automation and efficiency by evaluating workflows and deploying solutions
• Build reporting and analytics infrastructure to track productivity and quality metrics
• QA new product features and support client go-lives by ensuring operational readiness

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of experience, preferably in a healthcare startup
• Familiarity with agentic and AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Zapier
• Strong data analysis skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience working cross-functionally with operational and technical teams
• Comfort with ambiguity and managing multiple concurrent workstreams
