Business Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support the growth and delivery of clinical programs, the full-time remote Business Operations Associate will manage a national partner network, engage with clinical vendors, and contribute to client-facing work across the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage the day-to-day operations of a partner network across multiple states
• Identify, engage, and negotiate with prospective clinical vendors
• Lead implementation tasks and timelines for new partner network launches while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in sales or sales operations
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Experience in the healthcare industry or working with networks is preferred
• Autonomous self-starter with strong writing and organizational skills
