Business Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support ambitious growth goals, the full-time remote Business Operations Associate will leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer acquisition strategies, conduct A/B testing, and optimize operational efficiency across various business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on features to inform product and business strategies
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
• 1+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm or relevant experience in business analysis/operations
• High level of comfort with SQL and complex data analysis
• Strong problem-solving framework based on first principles
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including C-suite executives
