Business Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual obesity medicine clinic, the full-time Business Operations Associate will drive cross-functional analyses, enhance data-driven decision-making, and collaborate with various teams to improve operational efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate complex business problems and conduct deep dives to uncover improvement opportunities across patient enrollment and clinical operations
• Lead high-priority operational initiatives, defining success metrics, building project plans, and ensuring accountability across stakeholders
• Develop reporting infrastructure and dashboards in partnership with Product and Data teams to manage key operational drivers effectively

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in healthcare operations or consulting
• Strong analytical skills with experience in structuring ambiguous business questions
• Familiarity with financial concepts and reporting, along with experience using BI tools such as Sigma Computing and Snowflake
• Proven ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional partners
• Experience in a high-growth startup or tech environment; healthcare or digital health experience preferred
