Job Summary
To support core financial functions and operational growth, the full-time Business Operations Associate will manage accounts receivable and payable, prepare board presentations, and create sales collateral while working onsite in New York City.
Key responsibilities
- Own and operate core financial functions, including accounts receivable and payable
- Prepare quarterly board presentations and investor materials, reporting on SaaS metrics
- Lead full-cycle technical recruiting and scale the talent function for structured hiring
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Economics or related fields
- 2 years of experience in a related role, such as Senior Associate or Analyst
- Experience in preparing board presentations and reporting on metrics
- Proven ability to develop go-to-market strategies for B2B technology products
- Experience in building and scaling systems or functions within an organization
