Business Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support executive leadership, the temporary remote Business Operations Associate will manage key business initiatives, design and implement workflow automations, and conduct data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage key business initiatives from start to finish, coordinating resources and ensuring timely project delivery
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design automated workflows and AI agents to streamline processes across sales, recruiting, and operations
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to evaluate the impact of new initiatives and recommend adjustments based on findings

Required Qualifications

• Strong academic achievement in fields such as Business Analysis, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics
• Proven experience leading initiatives from conception to completion, demonstrating the ability to influence outcomes
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and automation tools, including the development of AI agents or automated workflows
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence behavior across teams
