Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Technical Operations Consultant III.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with Plan resources to define business requirements and translate them into system requirements
• Manage project management methodologies and ensure quality artifacts are created on time
• Conduct impact analysis for changes and collaborate with teams to resolve system issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 10 years of experience related to software development lifecycle methodology
• At least 5 years of experience in the Healthcare Insurance Industry
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business technology, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
• Advanced knowledge of business and system areas relevant to the role
• Experience with project management processes and system change management
