Job Summary

Data-driven and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Business Operations Coordinator will partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights, synthesize data from various tools, and drive process improvements to optimize purchasing decisions and align orders with business goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as a key cross-functional partner to Merchants, Planners, Finance, and Inventory by providing insights and ensuring purchase orders align with business rules
  • Synthesize data from various tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to inform order-level recommendations and broader purchasing strategy
  • Proactively identify patterns and risks in orders and lead conversations to resolve root causes
Required qualifications
  • 1.5-5 years of work experience in finance or business, or 2+ years of internships, with strong academic performance (3.5+ GPA)
  • Comfortable with margin, cost, and inventory math, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organization
  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder, capable of explaining complex processes in simple terms
  • Familiarity with automation tools and eagerness to learn SQL and Power BI
  • Demonstrated track record of professional growth and a proactive attitude toward career development
