Job Summary
Supporting cross-functional teams, the full-time Business Operations Coordinator will manage data accuracy, assist with marketing and revenue operations, and contribute to product documentation in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and clean HubSpot data, build segmented lists, and assist with reporting workflows for revenue operations
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including direct mail and email outreach, while tracking campaign performance
- Research and compile data sets to support sales and marketing efforts, and develop product knowledge for troubleshooting and documentation
Required qualifications
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software
- Proven reliability and follow-through in completing tasks accurately
- Clear and concise written communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to tackle ambiguous tasks
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is preferred but not required
