Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to define and optimize product development workflows
• Administer and configure development tools to support engineering and product operations
• Maintain dashboards and metrics for team performance and support operational reporting

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering operations or program management in a software development environment
• Experience managing development tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies
• Proven ability to lead process changes and influence stakeholders without formal authority
