Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Operations Director, CX.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, developing the operating model and strategy for the Customer Experience function
- Lead high-priority strategic initiatives with significant company-wide impact on go-to-market motions and customer retention strategies
- Build networks with senior leaders across departments to align priorities and drive coordinated execution
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or Strategy/Ops at a high-growth SaaS company
- Demonstrated interest and experience in the AI landscape
- Familiarity with BI tools (especially Tableau) and cloud-hosted datasets (GCP)
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office
- Experience operating independently in complex, ambiguous environments
