Job Summary

As a full-time Business Operations Director in Recruiting, the successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to the Recruiting leadership team, focusing on organizational planning, metrics development, and process accountability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner for long-term vision and organizational design within the recruiting team
• Establish and oversee a comprehensive suite of recruiting metrics to monitor operations and goal attainment
• Translate early-stage ideas into structured plans, leading their execution and managing cross-functional initiatives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or strategy & operations
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive solutions independently
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and metrics design
• Demonstrated project management experience, including cross-functional work and change management
• Bachelor's degree
