Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and oversee all aspects of onshore and offshore BPaaS activities
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver customer success
• Establish operational objectives, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 12 years of progressive management experience in health plan operations, with a strong understanding of claims processing
• 5-7 years of Medicare Advantage experience preferred
• Experience managing/supervising employees
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Services Administration, or related field
