Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Integration Manager to oversee operations and improve client flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run weekly cadence including KPI scorecard, accountability meetings, and action tracking
  • Improve intake and scheduling workflows; create and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance (QA)
  • Track demand versus capacity and drive utilization while managing a lean administrative model
Required Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of operations experience, preferably in healthcare or services
  • Proven ownership of KPI/scorecard management and follow-through
  • Experience managing remote and offshore teams using SOPs, QA, and metrics
  • Strong project execution skills and ability to communicate calmly and directly
