Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
7+ years in business operations, revenue operations, or strategic program management
Advanced analytical and technical fluency including SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or HubSpot
Proven ability to connect data, systems, and people to deliver measurable impact
Passion for driving transformation and scaling operational systems in fast-paced environments
