Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic and operational partner to the GM, establishing operational discipline and performance tracking
• Identify and translate high-leverage opportunities into actionable initiatives to improve business performance
• Drive key operating rhythms and lead special projects, ensuring alignment across various teams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or high-performing tech companies
• Strong analytical skills and business judgment
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional work and influence without formal authority
• Experience in strategy, business operations, or general management
• Comfort with both strategic questions and day-to-day operational execution
