Business Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Lead to manage cross-functional projects and drive execution of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive high-leverage, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to execution and measurement
• Redesign implementation workflows to improve site go-live throughput
• Build cross-functional product launch playbooks and establish initial RevOps infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• 4-8 years in consulting, BizOps, strategy, or founder/operator roles with proven delivery
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives such as pricing and rollout throughput
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and familiarity with SQL/BI output
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executives and manage stakeholders
• Ability to develop systems and processes that simplify complex workflows
