Business Operations Lead

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence for the Global B2C Business Unit, the remote Business Operations Lead will manage business cadences, analyze seller performance metrics, and champion AI innovation on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive best-in-class business operations and cadences, including leadership reviews and planning processes
• Own seller performance insights, reporting, and analysis of key seller health metrics
• Partner with analytics teams to shape and prioritize the analytics agenda

Required Qualifications:

• Strong operational mindset with proven experience managing business cadences and cross-functional coordination
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights for senior leadership
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and navigate competing priorities in ambiguous environments
• E-commerce or online marketplace experience is required
