Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives and operational workflows, the full-time Business Operations Lead will partner with cross-functional teams to drive strategy, manage high-impact projects, and leverage data insights in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end strategic initiatives and build frameworks for market evaluation and growth acceleration
• Develop scalable systems and processes for sales, marketing, and agent development while improving operational rigor
• Lead high-impact projects across core operations and utilize data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and execution

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, business operations, or product management
• Proven ability to manage ambiguous, cross-functional projects with measurable outcomes
• Experience working with customers and technical teams, preferably in AI, SaaS, or startup environments
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with the ability to execute hands-on strategies
• Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and modeling abilities
