Business Operations Lead

Job Summary

To drive the success of Airbnb's Services & Membership team, the full-time remote Programs and Business Operations Lead will develop and execute strategies, manage cross-functional initiatives, and provide data-driven insights to enhance program effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Develop actionable business analysis to support functional leads and stakeholders
• Partner with product and marketing teams to translate business goals into program requirements
• Identify growth opportunities, design experiments, and scale proven strategies across the organization

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in consulting or strategy operations roles across multiple geographies
• Strong background in supply/demand dynamics and growth levers, preferably in loyalty or incentive programs
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and prioritize effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a capacity to influence stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic environment
