Business Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support the growth of Airbnb's US West team, the full-time Business Operations Lead will manage cross-functional initiatives, drive strategic business decisions, and analyze trends to optimize community growth and operational programs, with the flexibility of remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Align cross-functional teams to achieve objectives set by the Director, US West
• Lead regular business operation meetings to ensure key initiatives are on track
• Analyze macro and micro trends, presenting actionable insights to leadership for decision-making

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of work experience in data modeling, analytics, and project management
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative insights
• Experience implementing and scaling initiatives across globally dispersed teams
• Proficiency in manipulating large datasets in Excel; SQL proficiency preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate support across functions
