Business Operations Lead

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence in a remote capacity, the contract Business Operations Lead will optimize business processes, manage strategic initiatives, and provide leadership insights to enhance performance, with occasional onsite meetings in Redmond, WA.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable processes to support marketing execution and performance tracking
• Identify operational inefficiencies and lead initiatives for automation and process optimization
• Partner with leadership for business planning, tracking KPIs, and delivering executive-level communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience
• 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role
• Experience leading virtual teams and managing cross-functional projects
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to drive operational improvements
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital marketing workflows, particularly in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) environments
