Job Summary
To support the Business Execution team, the full-time remote Business Operations Lead will design and deploy automation-driven systems, eliminate manual processes, and enhance cross-functional service delivery to optimize operations and improve customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deploy systems to support structured product workflows and eliminate friction across the Business Execution team
- Identify and automate high-leverage repetitive tasks such as deal evaluation, due diligence, and compliance
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure robust, business-aligned systems are adopted and effective
