Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Business Operations Lead will manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, maintain the annual Operations roadmap, and translate data insights into actionable strategies while collaborating closely with operational leaders in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and operationalize the annual Operations roadmap, ensuring initiatives are current and actionable
• Manage complex initiatives by tracking progress, dependencies, and risks, providing recommendations to leadership
• Translate insights from data into clear operational narratives and guide prioritization and execution of initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in Business Ops Strategy Enablement or related fields
• Experience supporting Contact Center Operations or Enterprise Operations functions preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities while aligning with long-term strategic goals
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI for producing executive-ready materials
