Business Operations Lead

Job Summary

To support one of Salesforce's fastest-growing businesses, the full-time remote Business Operations Lead will manage comprehensive business planning cycles, drive complex operational initiatives, and lead forward-planning efforts to ensure seamless execution across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive business planning cycles, translating strategy into actionable operational plans and forecasts
• Program manage complex operational initiatives, ensuring flawless end-to-end execution across teams
• Build scalable reporting infrastructure to translate operational data into clear narratives and executive dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy & operations, FP&A, consulting, or a comparable analytical field
• Background in investment banking, management consulting, or a startup environment preferred
• Advanced analytical and data modeling skills, comfortable with ambiguous data
• Proven experience building and scaling operational processes or planning motions from scratch
• Excellent ability to present confidently to senior executives and build cross-functional alignment
