Business Operations Lead Analyst

Job Summary

Owning complex business analysis, the full-time Business Operations Lead Analyst will strengthen and automate quality checks for revenue recognition, collaborate with various stakeholders, and standardize analytical approaches while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own royalty and revenue recognition analysis, ensuring accuracy and trust in reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver reporting and analysis initiatives
• Standardize analytical approaches and refine the ETLA process for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in finance, fintech, or banking with familiarity in financial and bureau data
• Track record in analytical/business intelligence roles, capable of deriving actionable insights from complex data
• Expertise in data extraction and management, with senior-level skills in SQL, Snowflake, and Python
• Strong knowledge of ETLA processes and advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools like Tableau
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Operations, or a related discipline
