Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations
  • Proven track record in improving efficiency and customer experience, preferably in consumer tech or travel
  • Strong project management and reporting skills, with SQL proficiency preferred
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Background in trust and safety best practices is a plus
