Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in high-growth startups, SaaS, or management consulting
• 8+ years of experience in sales operations, business process optimization, or business operations
• Strong project and program management skills with experience in leading end-to-end execution
• Bachelor's degree required; liberal arts majors welcome with relevant experience
• Data-driven problem solver with strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
