• Optimize deal tracking systems and support vendor contract processes for operational excellence
• Plan and implement internal and external partnership events, managing logistics and coordination

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 4-6+ years of experience in project management, operations, or media/advertising
• Experience with project management principles (PMI or Agile preferred)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• PMI (PMP) or Scrum Alliance (CSM) certification preferred
