Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager to lead strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify and execute strategic initiatives
• Manage project communications and ensure alignment among cross-functional stakeholders
• Analyze data to measure success and improve sales productivity and performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting
• Strong project/program management experience with the ability to run complex projects independently
• Analytical skills with experience in Excel/Gsheets and Business Intelligence tools
• Ability to build financial and capacity models
• Experience with Salesforce and knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
