Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager (Commercial Operations).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with external counsel and Sales team to identify and mitigate business risks during contract reviews
• Maintain and update contract templates, terms of service, privacy policies, and related documents
• Improve and maintain systems that support commercial operations and drive compliance-enhancement projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Generalist business background or legal background with interest in commercial and operational decision-making
• Structured, analytical thinker with strong verbal reasoning skills
• Comfortable working with numbers and learning financial concepts
• Ability to reason through and improve business processes end-to-end
• Strong academic background with evidence of analytical rigor; MBA is a nice-to-have
