Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve day-to-day business operations for the VA Business Unit
• Create, document, and refine business unit-level processes and workflows
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor operational performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business operations or related fields
• Experience across service delivery, business development, and internal operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for document and presentation creation
• Experience supporting federal government programs, preferably related to VA or IT
• Familiarity with federal contracting constructs is a plus
