Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic growth within its Partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to optimize sales operations, including system design and AI automation
• Act as an analytic partner by tracking key sales metrics and fostering a culture of experimentation
• Develop and execute outreach strategies for strategic districts, including database management and campaign planning

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations; or 3+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm
• Demonstrated strength in structured problem solving and project management
• Highly proficient in data analytics using Google Sheets and/or Excel
• Ability to evaluate tools and implement scalable process improvements
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
