Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager - US Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and refine the operating cadence for the Customer Experience organization
• Lead business process improvements and maintain a centralized repository of processes
• Produce business reporting and deliver executive-level insights on performance and risks

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business operations or project management within a healthcare SaaS company
• Strong project management background with a proven track record of cross-functional initiatives
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce
• Experience with process improvement methodologies, preferably LEAN
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with BI/analytics tools
