Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Lead to drive alignment and improve processes within the Global Technology Business Management group.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operating cadence for key leadership forums, ensuring preparation and follow-through
• Run program management for strategic planning, coordinating cross-functional inputs and communications
• Build and lead the narrative pipeline for executive communications and maintain information architecture for knowledge management

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, or related fields in a technology organization
• Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to engineering or product leaders
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Experience in collaborating with HR/People and Finance teams
• Strong project management skills with a focus on clear planning and follow-through
