Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in consulting, BizOps at a tech company, or a strategy/Chief of Staff role
• Understanding of value-based care and healthcare operations
• Experience in driving complex, multi-organizational initiatives to completion
• Strong ability to build systems and processes from the ground up
• Comfortable with shifting priorities and leading without formal authority
