Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Lead to oversee operational functions and provide strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify strategic direction and create scalable processes for the Business Operations Team
• Manage communication between stakeholders, team leads, and senior leadership while overseeing strategic initiatives
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the operations team and ensure achievement of budget and performance targets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required; business or real estate preferred
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Exposure to project and process management
• Knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment and staff development
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, and budgeting software
