Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager - LATAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement local financial strategies and support strategic decision-making
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, and monitor financial performance
• Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, ensuring compliance and timely reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and/or accounting
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Certifications such as CPA, CFA or equivalent preferred
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, treasury management, and corporate governance
