Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Operations Manager to build and optimize operations for its doula business line.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on operational metrics and performance trends
• Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement process improvements
• Manage end-to-end operations for new plan launches and key operational projects

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a strategic analytical role, preferably in consulting, finance, or a high-growth start-up
• 3+ years of complex data analysis experience using Excel or similar tools
• Ability to build flexible models with high forecasting accuracy
• Proficient in leveraging a wide range of tools, including AI
• Experience in SQL and healthcare/health tech is a plus
